LINHUA Vacuum Skin Packaging (VSP) Trays are developed for premium fresh-food applications including fresh meat, steaks, poultry, fish, seafood and other chilled products.
In a VSP system, the skin film closely follows the contours of the food under vacuum, securing the product to the tray and creating a distinctive three-dimensional presentation. This close-fitting pack allows consumers to clearly see the natural shape, texture and appearance of the food, making VSP particularly suitable for premium retail products where shelf presentation matters.
LINHUA offers VSP trays in a broad range of footprints, depths and material options, supporting applications from individual portions and standard meat packs to large steaks, fish fillets and family-size retail packs.
For each VSP project, tray selection can be evaluated together with the food application, chilled or frozen storage conditions, target shelf life, skin film, packaging machine and tray dimensions. Depending on project requirements, PP / EVOH / PE structures may also be discussed and evaluated.
